Two addresses, both read by the people who actually make Tulip Maps. No ticket numbers, no robot in the way.
Something isn't working
A tulip won't draw, the map won't load, an export came out wrong, or you can't get into your account. Anything broken goes here.
Everything else
Questions, ideas, a feature you wish existed, or you'd like to use Tulip Maps on your own event. Say hello.
Worth putting in the message. None of it is compulsory — it just saves a round trip:
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead.
- Which one — the website tool at tulipmaps.com, the program on your computer, or the phone app. They're three different things.
- Your browser or phone — Chrome, Safari, an iPhone, a Pixel. It narrows it down fast.
- The route's name, if the trouble is with a particular route you'd saved.
- A screenshot if there's anything to see. Almost always the quickest answer of the lot.
Before you write in
Most of what people ask is already written down, and the guides answer it faster than we can.
- What is a tulip diagram? The ball, the arrow and the stem — and where the name comes from.
- What is a roadbook? One row per instruction: a tulip, the distances, a few words.
- How to make a rally roadbook The whole job in seven steps, start to printed page.
- Planning a rally route Choosing the roads, shaping the day, and the recce that proves it.
Tulip Maps is made by Virtual Marshal. We read everything that comes in and answer as quickly as we can — this is a small workshop, not a call centre, so give us a day or two before you assume we're ignoring you.
